SPORT FRUIT® Cherry-Lemon is a fruit based energy product for athletes, useful to provide energy to the body. This product contains carbohydrates with different times of assimilation, to guarantee a sustained energy supply. It also contains mineral salts (Mg, K,Ca), useful to optimize sports performances. SPORT FRUIT® is easy to chew and digest, its packaging is designed to preserve the product in optimal conditions, and can be used even in extreme conditions. This product does not contain gluten (Gluten Free), therefore is suitable also for people suffering from celiac disease or gluten intolerance.

Indications

SPORT FRUIT® is recommended to provide a ready for use, long-lasting energy supply.

Instructions for use

Before:

We recommend consuming SPORT FRUIT 60-90 minutes prior to a training session, with a glass of water.

During:

Medium distances – Consume approximately halfway through training, with a small amount of water.

Long distances – Consume every 1.5-2 hours of the race, with a small amount of water.

As a snack:

Consume at mid-morning or at mid-afternoon.
